General Services & Fees

You have the right to know that, as a clinician, I am a mandated reporter. As a mandated reporter, I am obligated to report any suspected abuse of a child, an elderly person, or a mentally ill or developmentally disabled adult.

I work with adults 18 years or older. I do not currently provide couples or family counseling.

I am a kink-aware, non-monogamy–aware, and LGBTQ+ affirming therapist.

Because I believe a client's self-awareness is key to developing self-direction and independence, my practice is guided by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Ecotherapy. My approach gives you methods to solve problems using your own strengths. Occasionally, and with your consent, I may use other approaches to help facilitate your progress in counseling.

Individual therapy includes telehealth appointments or walking therapy. I do not currently see clients in office. The initial session is always through telehealth, where we discuss the details of walking therapy and the goals of treatment.

Fees

• Individual Telehealth Therapy: $240 per session (out of pocket)
• Walking Therapy: $240 per session (out of pocket)
• Sliding Scale: I have a few openings for sliding-scale rates, determined by income and need. Please reach out to discuss.
